Leslie is the Founder of SOAR and served as the President of the board from 2013 - 2021. She currently serves as the Executive Director. A longtime human services professional, Leslie has worked in Frederick County’s senior services industry since 2000. She is the current Chair of the Aging Network Alliance, past member of the Frederick County Commission on Aging, past Chair of the Elder Expo. She has also volunteered her time with the Alzheimer’s Association’s Memory Walk and Gala committees. She has a passion for working with and for older adults and strives to be a vehicle for change in the senior industry.

Mindy has been working with older adults and family caregivers in Frederick County for over 20 years. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family and exercising. She is excited to join SOAR to work alongside Leslie whose vision to help older adults continues to evolve and grow. Mindy is inspired by the grass roots level organization SOAR is and impact it makes in the lives of those aging in the Frederick community.
